Survived by his Daughter Anna Marie Hozian and many Nieces & Nephews

Jose Celso attended school at St. Francis Catholic School Lumberton, NM

He was the youngest child of 4 brothers (Eloy, Frank & Robert Lucero). At 19 years old he left New Mexico to live with his brothers in Salt Lake City, UT. where he worked many years with the Indian Alcohol Recovery Center of Salt Lake City as a Cook and back up Manager. Later he moved to Ogden, UT where he lived the remainder of his days.

He loved to travel with his brothers to Colorado and New Mexico to visit family, taking trips to Wendover Casino, listening to New Mexican music, being a prankster and telling a good joke or just simply reminiscing about his childhood in New Mexico with his brothers, cousins and aunt Suzie.

He will be missed by many.

Jose will be buried April 2022, in Nuetritas Cemetery, New Mexico.
