Joshua Dean Johnson

Joshua (Josh) Dean Johnson, 31, passed away unexpectedly in his home in Salt Lake City, UT on December 25th 2022. 

Josh was born May 28th 1991 in Ogden, UT. In Josh’s early life he was adopted by Stanley Dean Johnson, SR. His adoption was finalized on September 10th 2001. He was a very wonderful welcome to his new family. He gained 5 wonderful brothers. 

Josh was the life of the party. He always knew how to make others laugh and feel loved. He had many hobbies including cooking and barbecuing. He was an amazing cook when it came to the grill! He loved being outdoors. He enjoyed collecting things such as coins and stamps, but nothing brought him more joy than his Harley and his beautiful dogs Beya an Billy. He loved his brothers, nieces and nephews more than words can describe. Josh will be missed so greatly by everyone. 

He is survived by his brothers, Steven Johnson, Stanley Dean Johnson, JR, Sean (Alyssa) Johnson, Timothy Johnson, and Michael West. Along with many nieces and nephew, aunts, uncles and cousins and all of his biological Done family. 

He is preceded in death by his father Stanley Dean Johnson, SR; paternal grandfather Stanley Ray Johnson, and paternal grandmother Deloris Johnson; and grandparents Arthur and Helen Done.

Josh, you will be missed more than words can say. You were taken from us far too soon. May you watch over all of us as we continue on to live this life with out you. You will forever be in our hearts. Gone, but never forgotten.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 6, 2023 from 6 to 8 pm  with Sharing of Memories at 7 pm at Aaron’s Mortuary, 496 24^th Street, Ogden, Utah.
