Judy Trujillo

Judy Trujillo of Roy, Utah, passed away April 18, 2014 after a long and courageous battle, surrounded by her loving family.

Judy was born August 10, 1949 to John and Rachel Cardenas in Ogden, Utah.

Judy was a kind and caring person who volunteered at St. Mary's Catholic Church as a religious teacher and also with the youth group helping to conduct camps and coaching softball. If she knew that someone needed help that she could provide, she would not hesitate to do so. She dedicated her time and love to her children and then to her grand children. Her love and her life is something that will never be forgotten.

She is survived by her husband David Trujillo; their children and spouses Dominic (Monica) Trujillo, David (Trina) Trujillo, Miranda (Sage) Cesspooch, Bernadette (Hasan) Demirtekin, Berlinda (Jose) Tovar, and Antonio Trujillo; her sister Lydia Trujillo, and brother Jose Cardenas. She is also leaving behind many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Judy was preceded in death by her father and mother, John and Rachel Cardenas, and brother Juan Cardenas.

Funeral Mass will be held in her honor Friday, April 25, 2014 at 10 am at the St Joseph Catholic Church, 514 24th Street, Ogden, Utah. A viewing will be held Thursday evening, April 24, 2014 from 6 to 8 pm, with Holy Rosary at 7 pm, at Aaron's Mortuary, 496 24th Street, Ogden, Utah.
