Kathleen Farr Smith 

Kathleen Farr Smith, also known as Kathy, passed away on May 5, 2017. She was born in Ogden, Utah on December 13, 1958 to Kenneth Lee and Marlene Farr.  Early in her childhood she and her family moved to Washington. They returned to Utah after so many years and lived in Mountain Green.

 Kathy enjoyed spending time outdoors, yard work, making dream catchers, butterflies, and spending time with her family.

She was survived by her fiancé, Bob; her two children and their spouses: Jason and Vanessa Francom and Nichole and Jonathan Novotny; and her four grandchildren.  She is also survived by her sisters:  Becky Montgomery and Carol Urry-Farr.

 Kathleen was a very spontaneous, and incredibly selfless woman and an amazing mother. She is now reunited with her husband, Dale Smith; both her parents; her siblings Kenny, Shelly, and Michael and her son Paul.

She loved everyone and simply enjoyed life. She was deeply loved and will be missed by her many friends and family members that had the opportunity to have her amazing spirit in their lives.

Services will be held Friday May 12, 2017 at 10 am at Aaron's Mortuary, 496 24th St, Ogden, Utah  and inurnment will be held at the Ogden City Cemetery immediately following the service.
