Kathy Ann Hillaker Heydon

Kathy Ann Hillaker Heydon, 60, passed away Friday July 12, 2013 in her home in Ogden after battling cancer for over a year. She was born December 22, 1952 in Detroit Michigan to Charles Melvin Hillaker and Virginia Caroline Earle Hillaker. She attended Kimball highschool in Royal Oak and graduated in 1971. Kathy married Donald K. Heydon on August 29, 1986. They had two children together, Virginia and Anthony and two children from her husbands previous marriage. Keith and Russell. Kathy grew up in Royal Oak Michigan and moved to Utah in 1979. Kathy was a beautician for several years. She then worked at DDO for 18 years when she retired in 1997. She then opened her own nail salon in 2000. Kathy had several grandchildren whom she loved very much. Her whole world revolved around "them babies." Kathy was a very warm and welcoming person, who loved to laugh and share fond memories over coffee at her kitchen table. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Charles Melvin Hillaker Jr. She is survived by her loving husband, brother William Delvin Hillaker and her children and grandchildren Gabriel, Elli, Austin, Shelby and Chloe.
