Kim Lance Wardle
Our beloved Son, Brother, & Uncle was called home by our Heavenly Father on July 2, 2014 at the age of 51 due to problems associated with his liver. Kim passed away quietly surrounded by his loving family at McKay-Dee Hospital. Kim was born March 14, 1963 to Lance Wardle and Ginger Holliday.
Kim loved to play his harmonicas, guitars, and most of all to make people laugh. Kim enjoyed spending time at the Air Force Museum, he also loved history and bluegrass. Kim was certified in maintenance work and he loved helping all he could.
Kim married Lois Openshaw; they were later divorced.
Kim is survived by his Mother, Ginger (James) Holliday; Step-Mother, Beth (Lance) Wardle; siblings, Kay (Curtis) Champneys, Keven (Brenda) Wardle, Kelly Mayo, Nonnie McKinley, Jodie Kobel, Tonya (Kent) Smith, Scott Holliday, Shelley (Paul) Poulsen, Tracy (Sherry) Holliday, Lori (Jeff) Rowe; and many nieces and nephews whom he adored.
Kim is preceded in death by his father, Lance; niece, Nikki; brother-in-law, Rob; and nephews, Ryker & Matthew.
There will be a Memorial Reception, Wednesday, July 16, 2014 from 11am to noon at Aaron's Mortuary, 496 24th Street, Ogden, Utah.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that a donation be made at any America First Credit Union in the Kim Wardle Memorial Fund.
The family would like to thank the ICU Nursing Staff at McKay Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion they gave to Kim and all of us.
Kim, although we are far apart, your laugh will forever be in our hearts.
