Kyal Jay Forsberg

Kyal Jay Forsberg, beloved fiance', father, son, brother, nephew, cousin and friend joined his father, brother Shawn and other loved ones for a joyous reunion on February 12, 2013. Kyal was born June 4, 1980 to Gregory L. Forsberg and Sherrie Judd Heath. Kyal was raised in Roy and attended Roy High School. Kyal attended Davis Area Vocational Center and earned his degree in Composites. Kyal loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, camping, and hiking. He had many fond memories of hunting with his father, grandfather, and other relatives. He cherished the time he spent with his step-father working on his truck and other vehicles. They enjoyed a lot of quality time remodeling the house he planned to share with Melyssa and Zoey. He loved and admired his mother Sherrie who worked so hard to teach him the values he needed to live by. Kyal is survived by is fiancee', Melyssa Phelps; his greatest joy in life--his daughter, Zoey Forsberg; his mother and step-father, Alvin and Sherrie Heath; brothers, Terry (Dawna) Burgess and Chris Forsberg; sister, Deanna Burgess; step-brothers, Christopher and Brian Heath; step-sister, Marie (Gary) Hartle and many aunts, uncles, and cousins who will miss him very much. Graveside Services will be held Thursday, February 21, 2013 at 11 pm at Lindquist's Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Rd, Ogden, UT 84405. A viewing will be held Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 pm and Thursday from 9:45 to 10:45 am at Aaron's Mortuary, 496 24th St, Ogden, UT. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Kyal Forsberg Memorial Account at America First Credit Union.
