Our daughter, Laura L. Smith, age 59,  passed away at her home in Randolph, Utah from effects of COPD.  She was born in Bridgehampton, NY, in 1957 and graduated from Southampton High School.  She went on to graduate from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and worked  in several restaurants in New York, California, Utah and Wyoming, and was well known for her catering.   

She was a loyal friend to people as well as pets.  She loved camping, and served as a campground Host over the summer for many years.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to your local ASPCA or  animal shelter.

She is survived by  her brother's family, J.B.  and Tina Smith, and their son, Dakota; her father and mother, Leonard and Elyse Smith, all of Ogden, Utah.

There will be no service, as per her wishes, only specifying that her ashes be spread at her favorite lake near Randolph.
