Louise E. Ropelato
June 24, 1929 – October 22, 2021
Louise was devoted to her family and friends who will be missed by all who knew her.
Born and raised in Castleford, ID. She married the love of her life, Charles L. Ropelato,
on October 14th, 1950. Their sixty-seven-year union produced four sons, 12
grandchildren, 17 great- grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Louise graduated from Twin Falls High School--Class of ‘47. She retired from the Ogden
IRS service center as a seasonal employee. However, as a farmer’s wife she worked
tirelessly alongside Chuck.
Louise is survived by her children: Rick (Sandy), Kerry (Tam), and Randy (Gloria); and
her sibling: Tammy. Louise was preceded in death by her husband; Charles; her parents;
Jesse and Mabel Seiber; her brother; Jesse Jr; and her son; Steve.
Louise was a devout member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. A viewing will be held
Monday, November 1, 2021, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Aaron’s Mortuary, 496 24th St., Ogden,
with a Rosary beginning at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 2,
2021, at 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 4050 S. 3900 West, West Haven. From
St. Mary’s Catholic Church the internment services will commence upon completion of
church services via a procession passing by the Ropelato farm in West Weber and ending
at the West Weber Cemetery located at 4600 W. 1000 N., West Weber.
