Margaret Mary Thomas 

April 22,1951-December 31, 2023 

Born in Racine, Wisconsin, Maggie met her “honey” Timothy (Tim) in Florida and married him on Sept. 1, 1973. They enjoyed 43 years together before Tim passed. Together they raised three beautiful children Michelle (Austin), Melanie (Corey), and Rick. She also had 6 grandchildren whom she adored Bryson, Cloe, Jordan, Emry, Gavin, and Ava. Maggie loved all football, but especially Florida State Seminoles (a passion she and Tim shared). She also enjoyed spending time with her family at their property at Bear Lake as well as visiting the sand dunes. She loved anywhere that had sun, water, and sand! After Tim’s passing, Maggie returned to Florida where she enjoyed her retirement with her siblings.  

On Dec. 31 Mom returned home to our Heavenly Father and Dad (who we are sure greeted her with a familiar whistle and huge hug). Mom, you are missed so much already, but we find comfort in knowing that you and Dad are together again for all eternity. 

There will be a private family ceremony on Sat February 3rd at the Lindquist Cemetery in Layton.
