Marian Louise Munson

Marian Louise Munson passed away on Wednesday, October 5, 2016.  She was born March 17, 1927, the daughter of Dennis and Thelma Grange Fleming.

She lived in Ogden, Utah and graduated from Ogden High School.  She married Russell Munson and together they had two children, David and Karen,.

Marian was an amazing mother who devoted her life to raising her two children;  she was a wonderful cook, gardener and homemaker.  She took pride in her work at Sears and loved her career at Alliance Credit Union where she worked for many years.  She loved her seven grandchildren and enjoyed spoiling them.  She made holidays so very special and the traditions and happy times will never be forgotten.  She will be remembered as a beautiful, patient, talented and loving lady.

Marian is survived by her daughter, Karen Munson Swenson; her seven grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Russell and her son, David.

Family and friends may visit on Saturday, October 15, 2016 from 10 to 10:45 am at Aaron’s Mortuary, 496 24th Street, Ogden, Utah.  A Graveside Service will follow at  11 am at Aultorest Cemetery, 836 36th Street, Ogden, Utah.
