Marilyn Ida Fisher

Clearfield- Marilyn Ida Fisher, age 84, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2015, of causes incident to Alzheimer's. She was born July 1, 1930, in Ridgeway, Iowa, to Herbert Peter and Hazel Burnikel. She married Herman Miller in Lime Springs, Iowa in 1949, and together they had three sons, David, Dean, and Dennis. They later divorced. She married Jack Fisher in Elko, Nevada, in 1971, when she became a mother to Regina, Lee, Randy, and Joan.
She spent many years working at Pykettes in Salt Lake City and later at North Davis Junior High. She enjoyed the time spent with the ladies there. She joined the LDS Church in 1994 and was a faithful member.
She is survived by her sons, David (Janine), Dean (Sharma), and Dennis (Laurie), and stepchildren, Lee (Melanie), Randy, and Joan, 16 grandchildren, 24 great- grandchildren, and sister, Eileen Frey.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jack; her parents; her brothers, Kenneth and Herbert Jr.; and a step-daughter, Regina.
A viewing will be held at Aaronâs Mortuary, 1050 S State Street, in Clearfield, on Monday, March 30, from 12 to 12:45 pm. Graveside service to follow at the Clearfield Cemetery at 1 pm.
