Marlus L. Hardy

On March 23, 2010, at age 70, our beloved mother and grandmother made her journey home while surrounded by her family. Marlus was born on June 18, 1939 in Ogden and was the daughter of Jared Harrison Hardy and Lavina Olivia Johnson.

She is survived by her ex-husband, Donald Crowley, and six children, Tamara Highfill (Rick Kennedy), Vicky (David) Archuleta, Shawn (Mindy) Crowley, Troy Crowley, Steven Crowley, Clyde (Bobbie) Crowley, as well as two brothers, Gerald and Merrill Hardy; three sisters, Bernice Davis, Rose Marie Gomm, and Sharon Erp. Marlus also has 18 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Marlus was preceded in death by her parents, one son, as well as three sisters and one brother.

Services will be held at St. James Catholic Church (495 North Harrison Blvd, Ogden, Utah) on Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at 11:00 AM.

Internment to be at Ogden City Cemetery and a luncheon will be held at St. James Church immediately following.

We would like to extend a special thanks to Gerald Hardy, the Archuleta Family and all the friends and family who have helped during this difficult time.
