Michael H Cook

Michael H. Cook, 46, passed away unexpectedly on March 2, 2013 of a heart attack in Connecticut. He was born November 23, 1966 in Ogden, Utah to Dee and LaRae Berrett Cook

He was raised in Plain City. He graduated from Weber High School in 1985. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Michael enjoyed adventure, moving many different places and making many good friends.

Michael married Valeri Edwards and they later divorced.

His greatest joy came on December 4, 2003 when his son Aidan was born. He loved his son very much and would do anything for him.

He is survived by his Son Aidan Cook of Massachusetts, Sister Chris (Johnn) Engberson, Brother Scott (Marilyn) Cook, 3 Nieces and 3 Nephews and many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

He is preceded in death by his parents Dee and LaRae Cook and grandparents.

Funeral services will be held Saturday March 16, 2103 at 11:OO am at the Plain City Stake Center, 4630 W. 2125 N. Plain City, Utah. There will be a viewing prior to the service to meet family and friends from 9:30 to 10:45am at the church.

Interment in the Plain City Cemetery.
