Michael Shaun Rose

Our family mourns the loss of our beloved son, brother, uncle and friend Michael (Shaun) Rose on October 04, 2022.  Shaun was born November 23, 1966 to Rodney Rose and Janet Thomas in Ogden, Utah. He attended Bonneville and Weber High and graduated in 1985.

He enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid fisherman who could also frequently be found playing in poker tournaments in Las Vegas or Reno. He cherished his close relationship with his younger brother, Graydon Charlesworth and they spent time together playing golf and watching their favorite team the Raiders! Shaun was exceptionally intelligent and  a lifelong learner that shared his knowledge with others with a sense of humor.

Preceded in death by his mother, father and brother; Shaun is survived by his step-father Glen Cheney, sister Stacey Rose, ½ sister Candace Stidham, niece Britney Anderson, nephew Zachary Shand, two great-nieces and one great- nephew, as well as many others who loved him…

Shaun will be sorely missed for his wisdom, listening ear and kind heart to all who knew him.  Rest in Peace Shaun.  We love you.  A private celebration of life to honor him will take place in the Spring
