Michael James Topps

Michael James Topps, age 53, passed away Sunday February 4, 2018 at his residence in Prescott, Arizona of natural causes.   He was born on February 7, 1964 in Ogden Utah to Willie James and Patricia Cleone Topps.

Always athletically inclined, Michael was a star athlete at Ben Lomond high school from which he graduated from in 1982. His specialties were football and track.  Michael would always walk into a room with a great big smile and give a warm hug.  His infectious personality and keen sense of humor always made him the “life” of the party.  Michael truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; visiting with family, teasing his nieces and nephews and hanging out with his friends.

He is survived by his life partner, Sara Devries, his beloved parents, Willie Topps and Patricia Everett (Topps), his 6 children, Mike, Jason, Kevin, Shantelle, Eli and Isaac; two brothers, Parrish (Teresa) and Timothy, three sisters, Lourelle McClish (Patrick), Sharon McManus (Scott), Cheryl Sneddon; and many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Michael’s life will be held at a time and place to be named at a later date for his family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made via www.GOFUNDME.com/53uiwx4. All proceeds will be for the benefit of his young children.
