Misty Michelle Perez

Misty Michelle Perez passed away April 22, 2015 at the age of
34, at her residence in West Haven. Misty was born September
16, 1980 to Hope Davis Tenorio at the Davis hospital. She married Felipe Perez (1998-2005)
Where they later had three children together; Antonio, Mylika, Evelyna.
Misty is preceded in death by her oldest child Antonio,
mother Hope and grandfather
Garth.
Misty is survived by her four
beautiful daughters; Mylika,
Evelyna, Meleya and Abreellya;
grandmother Ada; fathers, Blaine
and Jesse; sisters, Tiffany,
Heather, Rachel and Jessica;
brothers, Dustin, Robbie and
Cody.
In honor of Misty we will have
a private grave side service at
West Warren Cemetery
700 n 6700 w West Warren ut 84404 on May
06, 2015 at 12 pm with a lunch
afterwards.
