Nicole was born November 7, 1980 at Layton, Utah and died at her home in Layton on September 28. 2014.
She is survived by her twin sons, Gavin and Garret Musgrove; her parents, Lynn and Keely Adams of Layton; brother, Brady Russell Adams; grandfather, Ray Adams of Fruit Heights; grandmother, Doris Mosier of Fresno, Ca;, aunts, uncles, many cousins and many, many friends, all of whom she loved and who loved her. She was married and later divorced to Tyler Musgrove, also deceased.
A very informal gathering to celebrate her life will be held Saturday, Oct 4, from 3-5 p.m. at the North East bowery at Layton Commons Park. Food will be provided. Hugging will be the order of the day.
