Nolanda fell asleep in death on December 11, 2014.
She was, the oldest of 5, born in Oceanside, CA on
September 24, 1961 to Nolan and Clara
Jones. Jr.
She drew people to her with her rich, intoxicating
singing voice and charisma wrapped in a warm,
loving heart. She never met a stranger and your
need was her command.
She donated her time to comfort the critically ill in
their last days. Her greatest joy came from serving
Jehovah her God alongside the absolute love of her life
and husband, Alan Bennett.
She is survived by her husband, Alan Bennett of Ogden,
UT, her devoted son, David (Djae) Smauldon Jr. and his
wife and her daughter-in-love, Mahailani Coleman Smauldon
of Roy, UT. Sisters: Nolette King (Martin King) of
Independence, MO, Noelle Augustyn (Lisa Augustyn)
of Phoenix, AZ. Brother: Nolan (Rocky) Jones. of Salt Lake
City, UT, and a large spiritual family who adored her
and look forward to seeing her again in Paradise.
She is preceded in death by her father Nolan Jones, Jr
and sister Nolaine Otremba.
Memorial Services will be held at The Kingdom Hall of
Jehovah’s Witnesses, location: 1950 W 4400 S in Roy, UT on
Saturday, December 20, 2014at 3:00pm.
