Norma Gay Lucas

Our sweet Mother, Grandmother, and Sister went home to be with our Lord on Friday,

November 18, 2022, at home at Mountain Green, Utah. She was born on January 11, 1946, to Charles Dorton Green and Danny Louise Helwig in Ogden, Utah. Gay, was raised in Washington Terrace, Utah and graduated from Bonneville High School.

She was an incredibly talented Interior Designer dealing with carpet, flooring, and blinds. She was able to help people decorate their homes beautifully.

Gay loved doing all kinds of crafts.  She designed and made fashion jewelry. One of the things she loved most making beautiful bookmarks out of beads, chains and charms.  She made wonderful scrapbooks for her sons. Gay made the cutest refrigerator magnets that everyone loved.

Gay is survived by her two sons, Roger Landes and Forrest Landes. A brother Glen Green and sister Katherine Chester. Six grandchildren: Kristian, Orien, Essence, Jayden Mateah and Ryver.   And six half-sisters and a brother: Kathy, James, Sandra, Deborah and Sheryl.

A Celebration of Life will be held on December 10 from 5 to 7 PM at Aaron’s Mortuary at 496 24th street in Ogden, Utah.
