Norvain Lee Hendry

Norvain Lee Hendry Dec. 23, 1923 a€" Jan. 31, 2013 It was a cold night in Gould, Oklahoma on December 23, 1923, when the doctor arrived in his horse and carriage to help Lemuel N. and Georgia Ford Plunkett give birth to Norvain Lee Plunkett. She married Robert A. Hendry and together they had four children. They later divorced. She is survived by her four children, Steven (Debbie); Robyn Marcus (Paul); Sean (Cheril), Santa Ana, CA; and Kim Hale (Del). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Dorothy Kasal and brother Houston. Norvain was an Evangelical Christian, who loved God with all her heart. She wanted nothing more than for people to come to know Jesus and have a personal relationship with Him. She believed in the power of prayer and is now walking hand in hand with her Father in heaven. Interment in Stephenville, TX at a later date. A very special thanks to the Crestwood Care Center staff and Encompass Hospice for making her final days comfortable.
