Parley Jackson Hunt

April 11, 1942 — December 9, 2012

Hooper- Parley joined family and friends that passed before him on December 9 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born April 11, 1942, to Parley W. Hunt and Thelma East Hunt.

He grew up in Ogden, graduated from Ben Lomond High, and, on February 9, 1963, married JoAnn Klomp.

He was employed by the Railroad, Farmers' Grain, and Great Salt Lake Minerals. He is a member of the LDS Church.

He enjoyed traveling, holidays, and spending time with family and friends, especially in Island Park, ID.

Among those he will be greatly missed by, are his wife; children, Kevin (Brenda) Hunt, Sherrie (Tim) Bunot, Vickie (Jason) Messick, and grandchildren, Ashley and Randy Hunt; Britney and Brock Bunot; Chaz, Michael, and Sarah Messick; and great granddaughter, Paityn Hunt.

He was preceded in death by his parents and survived by his sister, Barbara Douglas.

A Funeral Service in his honor will be held on Friday, December 14 at 11:00 a.m. at Aaron's Mortuary, 496 -24th Street, Ogden, Utah. Family and friends are welcome to come one hour prior to the service at the same location.

Interment will follow in the Hooper City Cemetery.
