Penny Elouise Crabtree-Chambers, beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, wife, and friend, passed away Sunday, December 17, 2017.
Penny was born on September 10, 1972 in South Pyongyang Province, Korea. She grew up in Colorado, but lived all over the world in her adult years, including: Italy, Germany, and New York.
She earned her nursing degree after settling down in Utah, and most recently worked as the Director of Nursing at Rocky Mountain Healthcare. She was an excellent nurse; providing compassion and comfort to her patients and their families, along with coordinating nursing care to ensure that all patients received the care they deserved.
Penny loved spending time with friends and her extensive family. She cared so much for the people in her life, and treated everyone with respect. She loved travel, and never missed a chance to cheer on her team, the Broncos.
Penny’s family and friends are in shock, and struggling to make sense of this unbelievable loss. We know Penny touched many people’s lives, and loved so many.
A memorial service will be held to give all of the people in her life an opportunity to remember and honor her on Wednesday, December 27, 2017, from 6 to 8 pm at Lindquist's KAYSVILLE Mortuary, 400 Main Street., Kaysville, UT 84037.
