Raul V Solis

Raul V Solis was reunited with his beloved wife on February 11th, 2022. He was born in Lubbock, Texas on April 10th 1954, but eventually moved to Utah where he lived most of his life. He moved to Denver, Colorado March of 2021 to be closer to his grandkids Monica Mendoza (Chris Regino) Rubiel Mendoza III (Crystal Pineda) .

 

He loved playing pool and won many tournaments. He enjoyed fishing and barbecuing with his brother in laws, playing Loteria (bingo) with friends and family. He loved telling his grandchildren his life experiences and funny stories. He was one of the greatest men to ever walk on this earth and anybody who met him instantly loved him. He devoted his life to helping those around him. He loved his two birds Pacito and Pacita and enjoyed their company for the last 12 years. 

 

He is survived by his mom Dora Vega and his only daughter Gloria (Dominic) Herrera. He is also survived by his siblings: Tony (Ava) Solis, Mary Berkheiser, Connie Black, Carmen (Randy) Martinez, Rosemary Solis, Anita Truijillo, Alicia (Mark) Rakes,  Ruben (Judy) Gutierrez, Roy (Yvonne) Gutierrez, Ignacio (Concha) Gutierrez, Juan (Debbie) Gutierrez, Irma (Raymundo) Mireles, Guadalupe (Jose) Castro, and Maria Gutierrez. He leaves behind 5 grandkids and 2 great grandchildren. 

 

He is preceded in death by his wife Enedelia G. Solis and by his father Jesus Solis
