Passed‎ away‎ April‎ 13th‎ 2019‎ He‎ was‎ born‎ February‎ 8th,‎ 1945.‎ In‎ Souix‎ Falls,‎ South‎ Dakota.‎ The‎ youngest‎ son‎ of‎ Nettie‎ Inman‎ and‎ James‎ William‎ Jarman.‎ 
He‎ was‎ educated‎ in‎ Garrettson,‎ SD.‎ Also,‎ He‎ recieved‎ his‎ Associate's‎ degree‎ from‎ Stephen‎ Henegars‎ College.


‎ In‎ 1962‎ he‎ joined‎ the‎ Air‎ Force‎ and‎ served‎ 3‎ tours‎ in‎ Vietnam.‎ Leaving‎ the‎ Air‎ Force‎ in‎ the‎ fall‎ of‎ 1968.‎ ‎ While‎ he‎ was‎ stationed‎ at‎ H.A.F.B.‎ he‎ met‎ and‎ fell‎ in‎ love‎ with‎ Neva‎ Anderson.‎ They‎ were‎ married‎ Dec.‎ 6th‎ 1963.‎ They‎ spent‎ 51yrs‎ together,‎ ‎ till‎ her‎ death‎ in‎ Sept.‎ 2015.‎ 


He‎ was‎ a‎ member‎ of‎ the‎ ‎ Roman‎ catholic‎ church.‎ ‎ 


He‎ retired‎ from‎ H.A.F.B‎ after‎ several‎ years‎ as‎ a‎ aircraft‎ mechanic‎ supervisor.‎ ‎ He‎ was‎ avid‎ hunter‎ and‎ loved‎ being‎ in‎ the‎ woods‎ with‎ his‎ family.‎ ‎ 
He‎ was‎ ‎President‎ of‎ the‎ local‎ Babe‎ Ruth‎ Baseball‎ in‎ the‎ 80's‎ in‎ which‎ he‎ enjoyed.‎ He‎ was‎ a‎ member‎ of‎ the‎ Roy‎ Eagles‎ and‎ past‎ president‎ of‎ Arie‎ several‎ times.‎ He‎ and‎ Neva‎ loved‎ to‎ karaoke‎ every‎ Friday‎ night‎ with‎ friends‎ and‎ grandkids‎ at‎ the‎ Eagles.‎ He‎ enjoyed‎ his‎ family‎ as‎ it‎ was‎ most‎ important‎ to‎ him.‎ ‎ He‎ be‎ missed‎ by‎ all.‎ 


He‎ is‎ survived‎ by‎ 3‎ sons‎ and‎ 1‎ daughter.‎ ‎ Scott‎ (‎ Vicki‎ )‎ Hurricane,‎ Ut.‎ ,‎ John‎ ‎ Greeville,‎ NC.,‎ Melissa‎ (‎ Ron‎ )‎ Deveraux‎ Clearfield,‎ ‎ Ut.,‎ Brett‎ (‎ Crystal‎ ‎ )‎ Roy,‎ Ut.‎ Also,‎ 11‎ grandkids,‎ 14‎ great-grandchildren,‎ ‎ 2‎ Brothers,‎ ‎ Jim‎ Jarman,‎ ‎ Sioux‎ Falls,‎ ‎ and‎ Jerry‎ Jarman.‎ 3‎ Brother‎ in‎ laws‎ Dale,‎ Bruce‎ and‎ Ken‎ Anderson.‎ Several‎ nieces‎ and‎ nephews.‎ ‎ 
He‎ will‎ cremated‎ at‎ his‎ request‎ and‎ be‎ layed‎ to‎ rest‎ at‎ the‎ VA‎ Cemetery‎ at‎ later‎ date.‎ A‎ small‎ service‎ will‎ be‎ held‎ with‎ family.
