Robert John Higgins Robert Higgins woke up in the arms of Jesus November 11, 2012. He was born November 14, 1937 in Queens, New York to John and Mary Petrova Higgins. He served during the Korean conflict. He is survived by his wife, Marjie Higgins of 54 years; 3 children, John, Debbie and Barbara. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, November 19, 2012 at 7 pm at Newman Center (WSU Campus), 3738 Custer Ave, Ogden, Utah Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at 3 pm at Pleasant Green Cemetery, 9200 W 3500 S, Magna, Utah.
