Ronald Clair Carter, 73, peacefully passed away in his sleep on Dec 23, 2017 in So. Ogden, Utah. He was born March 26, 1944 in Salt Lake City Utah, the son of Harold R. and Bettie J. Carter.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Bettie Carter; sister, Charlynn A.; brothers, Cory and Harold “Roger;” and children, Scott C. and Rhonda C.
