Ronald Lehman

December 30, 1944 — March 30, 2014

Ronald Lehman, our beloved son, father, brother and friend, returned to the arms of his Heavenly Father, after a long illness on Sunday, March 30, 2014. He was born on December 30, 1944 in Lebanon PA to Albert Lehman and Elizabeth Massar Lehman.

Ron grew up in Lynwood California and excelled at Lynwood High school in the early 1960's in football and baseball.

He married Renée Yvonne King on June 26, 1965 in LA California. They later divorced, but remained great friends and Eternal companions. He joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in the late 1960s.  Our dad was a loving, generous person. He had a "one in a million" personality that everyone enjoyed. Everyone he met became his best friend. He worked very hard in his career in retail for Clark Drugs, as a manager for over 30 years, until they closed their doors.

He was lovingly cared for by each of his 5 children during his four-year battle with many health issues. He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Massar Lehman; sister, Debbie Elliott;  children: Michele (Niels) Bigler; Kristen (Greg) Little; Michael R. Lehman; Kari A. Lehman, and Megan (Ryan) Lewis; his beloved grandchildren: Chelsea, Jacob, Zachary, Nicholas, McKenna and Alexandra; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Also, his favorite card playing partner, Grandma Patricia King. Graveside services will be held Friday, April 18 at 11 am at the Syracuse Utah City Cemetery at 1250 S 1000 W., 84075. There will be a memorial in California this summer - TBA. God be with you till we meet again daddy!!  We haven't lost you, we know right where you are!! Families are forever!!! Special thanks to all the doctors and staff at all the medical facilities that dad visited over the years with his health issues. Thank you for giving us extra time with our daddy!!
