Sheila Elaine Cutler

Sheila Elaine Fraley Cutler, age 82, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her daughter and granddaughters on July 9, 2024. She was born September 18, 1941, to Elaine and Claude Jacob Fraley, on her Grandparents farm in Payson, Utah while her Father was away fighting in WWII. 

She and her husband Dallas Ransom Cutler were married 61 years, and had 3 children: Denise (Utah) Jeffery (California) and Darren who preceded Sheila in death in 1988. 

Sheila loved being a grandmother and was blessed with 11 grandchildren and 15 great -grandchildren. She had many friends and enjoyed going to Women's Conference and lunch with them. We're so grateful for all her sweet friends at this time. 

Sheila enjoyed sailing with her family on the Great Salt Lake, camping in the summer, and spending time in Black Canyon, Arizona with Dallas. 

Services will be held Monday, July 15 2024, at 10:30 am, at Aaron’s Mortuary, located at 1050 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah 84015.
