Steven Orlando Frasier

In Loving Memory

Steven Orlando Frasier was born on November 8, 1959 in Oakland, California to James Frasier and Rose Irby Frasier. He lost his bout with cancer on June 19, 2012 in Ogden, Utah. Steve attended public schools in California. He received a full academic scholarship to Dunn School in Los Olivos, California. Upon graduation he attended Boston University in Massachusetts. When he returned to California he attended Merritt College where he majored and minored in Real Estate and Law. Steve graduated Valedictorian from the Oakland Police Academy. He was currently attending Weber College in Ogden, majoring in English. Steve began working at the Internal Revenue Service in Oakland and was currently working in the Accounts Management Dept at the Ogden Service Center. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of thirty years Kelly Frasier: his children Orlando Frasier and Sharon Frasier. His brothers, Anthony Frasier, Eric Abraham, Reginald Thompson. His sisters, Lynda Frasier and Robin Horton. Also his nieces, nephews, great nieces and a host of family and friends. The entire Frasier family wish to thank his friends in Utah for the love, kindness and care they showered on Steve. We are forever grateful and will never forget you.
