Sue Ellen Forbes FaAfete
Sue Ellen Forbes FaAfete left behind her earthly cares and crossed over into the next life, early in the morning on February 27, 2013. Sue was born in Ogden, Utah, on August 31, 1945, to Violet Anna Bushell Forbes and Myron Phillip Forbes. Her siblings are: Anne Forbes Hall (deceased); Myron P Forbes II (known as Mike) (deceased); Patricia Forbes Bingham (Juneau AK); Joe C. Begay (Castle Dale Utah); and Bernadine Augustine (Farmington New Mexico). Sue attended Davis High School and graduated as a nurse from Weber State College. She was an extremely talented and intelligent woman; always a voracious reader and an enthusiastic student, a musician (clarinet), singer, gifted artist, writer and poet. There was little that she turned her mind to, for which she did not seem to have a talent. Though she was able to do some traveling, and once lived in Idaho for a short time; she spent her life in the valley between Ogden and Salt Lake City, in Utah, the state that she loved. Sue was beset with adversity in her early twenties, and fought a mighty battle against them for many years. She conquered these adversities with the help of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and many, many, sweet and loving friends. She became a sunny, bright, and loveable person who tried to lift other people with humor and compassion. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, March 05, 2013 at 11:00 am at Aaron's Mortuary, 496 24th Street, Ogden, Utah with a viewing one hour prior to service.
