Tara Halverson
8/18/1979 - 11/08/2022
Our beloved Tara was called home to our heavenly father on November 8th, 2022. She passed away far too soon at the young age of 43. Words cannot describe the grief the family is feeling but they are comforted in knowing that she is now with our Father in heaven, and finally at peace.
Tara was born in Ogden, Utah on August 18th, 1979, to parents Joel Craig Halverson and Tamara Lynn Novosel. Tara was the big sister of the family. She was always there for her sisters as a comforter and protector, both in childhood and adulthood. Her life was centered around her sweet son Jaxxon, and she did anything and everything to make sure her son was without want. Tara was a good mom, above all else, and was always doing everything she could to ensure her son had the best life and was well taken care of. She had a heart of gold and would be there for anyone in a heartbeat. Anyone would tell you that Tara had the biggest heart and was the most kind and caring soul. She always put others before herself and would give anything she had to others in need. Tara had such a big impact on so many people’s lives. She was a bright and shining light to all that knew her, and heaven is now a brighter place with her in it.
Tara is survived by her son Jaxxon, mother Tammy, stepmother Debbie, sisters Tanya, Trisha, and Tosha, brothers Kirt, Kyle, and Colten, and 12 nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held November 21, 2022 at Aaron’s Mortuary 496 24th St in Ogden, at 1:00 pm, with officiator Pastor Patrick Cross. Burial will take place after funeral services at Lindquist Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 S Washington Blvd in Ogden.
The family has been so grateful for receiving donations through GoFundMe. All funds will be used for Jaxxon’s care. If you would like to donate, please visit https://gf.me//u/3wc4cs
Nothing can replace the hole we have in our hearts, and the emptiness that is now in the family; our lives and family are now forever changed without our sweet Tara. We want to thank all of the family and friends who have come together to help comfort and support the family during these difficult times.
Psalm 34:17-18 When the righteous cry out for help, the LORD hears and delivers them out of all their troubles. The LORD is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.
Thank you, Heavenly Father, for saving our sweet Tara, and for comforting our broken hearts.
