Teddy S Hernandez

Teddy S. Hernandez passed peacefully  on March 12, 2016 with her faithful puppy, Dante, by her side.  She was born February 1, 1927 in Canjilon, New Mexico to Jose & Rafelita Serrano. 

Mom enjoyed traveling, shopping and spending time with family.

Many thanks to Breeyn of Comfort Works Hospice and the many caring staff members at PeachTree Place Assisted Living.

Teddy  is survived by her children:  Ben (Nora), LaVern Candia, Anna (Ray) Hagen, Alison (Brian) Corey, and daughters-in-law, Jenny (Joe) and Diane (Frankie); nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.  She is also survived by siblings:  Juan, Angie, Lydia, Jane, Elaiza and Sammy.  Thanks for all your help!

She is preceded in death by her husband, Simon; sons, Joe and Frankie.

Funeral Mass will be held Friday, March 18, 2016 at 10 am at St Mary’s Catholic Church,  4050 S 3900 W, West Haven, UT.   A viewing will be held Thursday evening, March 17, 2016  from 5:30  to 7:30 pm with Holy Rosary at 7:30 pm at Aaron’s Mortuary, 1050 S State Street, Clearfield, UT.    Interment, Clearfield City Cemetery.
