Terrence David Chavez

Terrance David Chavez, 57, of Roy, Utah passed away Friday morning, June 3, 2016 at Ogden Regional Medical Center. Terry was born January 9, 1959 in Ogden, Utah to Samuel and Mary Archuletta Chavez. He attended Roy High School with the graduating class of 1977.  Terrance worked 20 years for Utah Power & Light in which he took great pride.  He also served 4 years with the U.S. Navy Reserves.

Terrance is survived by his son Brandon Chavez, spouse Brady Chavez; daughter, Ashlee Chavez; son Terrance Chavez; brothers, Rick Chavez, spouse Peggy Chavez; Mike Chavez, spouse Kristen Chavez; Samuel Chavez and sister Lorraine Chavez-Kelley; 5 beautiful grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and life long friend Valerie Wayment-Burke. His father Samuel Oliver Chavez precedes Terrance in death. 

Terrance has found his way back to our heavenly father. He was an amazing man full of jokes and quick-witted humor.  He always found a way to put a smile on your face. He will be sorely missed.  He will forever remain in our thoughts and prayers. 

 A viewing will be held from 12:00 to 1:00 pm on Tuesday June 7, 2016 at Aaron's Mortuary, 496 24th St in Ogden. The funeral service will also be held Tuesday, June 7, 2016 from 2:00 to 3:00 pm at the St. Mary Catholic Church, 4050 South 3900 West, West Haven UT.

 There will be a celebration of life get together on Tuesday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at George Whalen North Park located at 4200 S 1900 W, Roy UT. Friends and Family welcome!

 Interment will follow at the Ogden City Cemetery
