Thomas Francis Dixon

Thomas Francis Dixon, passed away in Ogden Utah on  May 15, 2017 at the age of 85. Thomas is predeceased by his parents, James Henry Dixon and Doris Ruth Schooler.

Thomas is survived by his loving wife Kimeko Dixon of 40 years. They were married in Torrance California on May 26, 1977.   They were sealed together with three of there children for time and all eternity on May 8, 1993. 

Thomas is lovingly remembered by his wife Kim; children Linda and Mike Chadwick, Danny and Nancy McCarty, Larry McCarty, Sean and Nicole Dixon, Jon Dixon, Kevin Dixon, Chris and Ashley Dixon, Colleen and Matt Monroe and 19 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Thomas was born in Klamath Falls, Oregon on December 5, 1931. He graduated from Fremont High School in 1948 and went into the Air force as a Radio Intercept Operator based out of Alaska.  He received his Associates Degree at Oakland College and worked as a controller for Ed Butts Ford in LaPuente California. 

Thomas enjoyed watching Western movies (John Wayne and Gene Autry were his heros), going to baseball games, and spending time with his family. 

The graveside service will be held at the Utah Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Bluff Dale Utah on Thursday, May 18,, 2017 at 2 pm.
