Tina Michelle Jones

July 27, 1970 — March 28, 2023

Ogden

Tina Michelle Jones, 52, passed away peacefully on March 28, 2023, at Ogden Regional Medical center in Utah surrounded by family. She was born on July 27, 1970, to Duane and Barbara Bunting of Anaheim, California.
Tina is survived by her husband Jim, mother Barbara, brother Jerry and two sisters Kathy and Krystal, her son Wesley and her daughter Maddison, Daughter-in-law Stephanie and her 3 grandchildren Angeline, Aubrey and Reilly.
Growing up in Anaheim, California, she graduated in 1989 from Loara High School. With her first husband Michael, in 1990 they had Wesley, as she says, “the most amazing gift and blessing that lord had blessed me with loving and raising.”
In 1995 they moved to Las Vegas, Nevada where she worked as an event manager with the American Cancer Society. In 2003 she moved to Utah where in 2004 she met Jim and in 2005 they married. As she says “I finally found my soulmate, forever life partner and man of my dreams. He will be an amazing father to my son who is truly our son. I look forward to seeing where life takes us and I know he will always have my back but more importantly he will protect, hold and love, my heart is in his hands.” She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was loved deeply by her husband Jim who would have celebrated 18 wonderful years together. He was her knight in shining armor. She was blessed beyond measure to have the love that they shared. He stood by her side from her battle with Cancer, through her failing health, she was a fighter till the very end. Through her, we know what resilience and perseverance truly look like. There was no quit in Tina. Just because she is no longer here, it doesn’t mean she lost her fight.
Tina will always have a special place in everyone's heart that all who knew her will be missed unmeasurably by all.
