Victoria Dixie Pendley

Victoria Dixie Pendley, our beloved Mother, Grandmother and Sister passed away peacefully with her family by her side on November 25, 2014 at the age of 57. Dixie was born on April 21, 1957 in Ogden, Utah.
She married Tom Pendley in 1978 and later divorced.
Dixie was a homemaker and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking, making suckers and watching movies.
Dixie is survived by four children: Checho (Rebekka) Garcia, Juanita (Juan) Martinez, Melissa Pendley and Tommy (Kelli) Pendley; five siblings: Jerrel Holston, Brenda (Rafael) Mora, Leo (Liz) Garcia, Lupe (Moises) Quintanilla, and Angel Garcia; also 15 grandchildren and one great-grandson. She is also survived by a close companion Duane Hazlewood.
She was preceded in death by her mother Della Moreno, Sister Laurie Holston and her great grandson Baby Drayden.
The family would like to thank Athena Moreno for always being by Dixie’s side.
A viewing will be held in her honor on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 from 6 to 8 pm at Aaron’s Mortuary, 496 24th street, Ogden, Utah where friends can come and pay their last respects.
