Virginia Cardenas Argote
January 1, 1966 – September 8, 2022
Virginia Marie Cardenas Argote passed away on September 8, 2022, in Ogden, UT at the age of 56 from stage 4 lung cancer. Virginia was born in Salt Lake City, Ut on January 1, 1966, to Carolina C Cardenas and Jacinto G Cardenas.
Virginia worked at Thermo Fisher and E.A Millers, where she mastered many skills. Our mother was the happiest being around family, her grandkids, friends, camping and fishing. You would often find her humming along to her favorite Mexican music during a BBQ where she would spend quality time cooking some of her delicious food and tapping her knee to the beat while fishing. She loved the laughter that filled her house when her grown kids and grandkids would stop by. Like her dad, Virginia was very sarcastic and always up for a good time. Our mother had the biggest heart and was always willing to help as often as she could, with whatever she had. She had a positive attitude right until the very end. We love her and are going to miss her dearly.
She is survived by her sons: Miguel (Jessica) Robles, Jorge Robles, Jose (Shay) Robles, Marco (Krista) Robles, and Daniel Robles; her grandchildren: Angelo, Angelina, Alyvia, Alexander, Marino, Andrew, AJ, Kami, Jace and Marissa; brother, David Cardenas, and many more loving members of her extended family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jacinto and Carolina Cardenas and brother, Greg Cardenas.
Family and Friends gathering/viewing will be at Aaron’s Mortuary 496 24th St Ogden, UT on September 16, 2022 from 6pm-8pm. We invite anyone who knew and loved her to attend and celebrate her wonderful life.
