Virginia Weeks Evans

Virginia Weeks Evans, 81, former Pageland, SC resident for almost sixty years, passed away December 24, 2016 in Ogden, UT due to complications from dementia.

She was born March 28, 1935 in Indian Head, Maryland to Clarence and Catherine Riley Weeks.  Ms. Evans was a single mom and worked very hard to raise her two children.  She retired from Challenger as a production worker and part-time dispatcher for Pageland police department. Her greatest pleasure in life came from being with her dogs.  Ms. Evans was a very kind, caring person; she loved talking with people, sharing laughter, and considered a second mom by many.   

Ms. Evans was preceded in death by both parents and brother, Russell Weeks.  She is survived by a brother, Aubrey Weeks; son, Chuck (Teresa) Evans; and daughter, Pamela Bulluck. She also had four beautiful grandchildren: Brandon and Eric Evans, Amanda Butterworth and Carrie Gaddy.

Per her wishes, was cremated and no services are being held. Arrangements by Aaron’s Mortuary in Ogden, UT.
