Virginia Maye Shaw "Grandma"

Virginia Maye Shaw returned home peacefully in the arms of her loving husband of fifty-three years Larry F. Shaw. She was born December 30, 1937 in St. Paul, Minnesota to Mathew and Verna Lehner.

As an example of courage, optimism, compassion, graciousness, devotion and unwavering faith, Virginia has touched the lives of many. Though she will be greatly missed. Her loved ones rejoice in the assurance of a glorious reunion.

She is survived by her husband Larry, daughters; Kathryn (Russell) Baird, Dawn (Mike) Jenkins, Lisa Shaw, Kang Sook Kim (Jang Ho). She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.

Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, sister Margaret and son Donald.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 7, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. - Canyon Park Ward, 1190 East Bountiful Hills Dr., Bountiful, UT. Viewing 1 A½ hrs. prior to the service.

Interment at Bountiful City Cemetery.

The family requests that bright colors be worn to the service to celebrate a life well lived.

Arrangements are under the direction of Aaron's Mortuary, 1600 Washington Blvd.
