On Friday, Nov. 17th, June Hamblin passed on from this world to her heavenly home.
She was born to Philip F. Mattingly and Susan Pohlod Mattingly on June 25th, 1944 in Great Falls, Montana. She moved to Utah in September of 1964.
She married Glen Hamblin on April 4th, 1980 in Lake Tahoe, Nevada and renewed their vows at Light of the Valley Lutheran Church on April 4th, 2000.
She worked 10 1/2 years for the Davis County School District and was a bookkeeper / secretary for Hamblin Construction.
Her hobbies were bowling and traveling with Glen in their motor home.
She is survived by her husband Glen, daughter Susan Bergeron (husband John Bergeron), grandsons Philip Bergeron (wife Nicole) and Jacob Bergeron (wife Holly) and 7 great grandchildren. She has one sister Joann Sneed (husband Jim) surviving her as well.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Robert Mattingly, sisters Phyllis Manzer and Michelle Nugent.
Memorial services will be held at Light of the Valley Lutheran Church in Layton on Saturday November 25th at 11 am.
