Wendell J Parkinson, age 87, passed away July 29, 2015, surrounded by loved ones. Wendell was born February 17, 1928 in Ogden, UT to Joseph and LaVera Parkinson.
He was married to the love of his life, Sherol Rae Roylance, for 61 wonderful years.
He was preceded in death by his son, Merle Don Parkinson; his parents; 10 siblings; and daughter-in-law, Margaret Parkinson.

Wendell is survived by his wife, Sherol; their children, Wendell J. Parkinson, Jr., Mark (Maree) Parkinson, and Debbie (John) Pope; 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Family and friends may visit from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Saturday, August 8, 2015 at 4276 S. 3475 W. West Haven, UT 84401.
We would especially like to thank the staff of Envision Hospice and Stonehenge caregivers who cared for Wendell over the past several weeks.
