William Stelling

William "One-Eyed Bill" Stelling Bill passed away on September 9, 2013. Bill was born in Dugway, UT May 31, 1964 to Vernon and Kay Stelling.

As a child, the family had horses and he competed in riding events. He attended Dugway High School and Layton High and worked at Roylance Fence, Custom Fence, and at Syro Steel. At one point he also owned his own shop. He was union president for a time at Syro, which he took pride in.

One of the things that we'll always remember was his infectious laugh and smile. He also had a unique sense of humor and made friends wherever he went.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Surviving are his children Kristen, Sean, Brett, and Brad. He also leaves behind two grandchildren and a brother and sister, as well as many close friends and colleagues.

He will definitely be missed.

A Memorial in his honor will be held Saturday, September 14, 2013 at 3 pm at Aaron's Mortuary 496 24th Street in Ogden, UT.
