Wilma C Sperry

Clearfield - Wilma C. Sperry age "94" returned home to her Lord, November 20, 2013 at St. Marks Hospital due to incident of age. She was the daughter of David E. Rounkles and Goldie Mae Parson and born on November 17, 1919 in Hunter, Kansas. She married Henry C. Sperry December 8, 1935. She was an active Avon Representative for 65 years earning many awards and making many friends all over Clearfield. She and daddy were active members of the Clearfield Community Church. Also active in the Order of Eastern Star, Betharabah Chapter for 50 years. She also belonged to Daughters of the Nile and White Shrine of Jerusalem and Ladies Auxiliary VFW. She enjoyed square dancing, playing pinochle and being with her family at holidays. She is survived by her son, DeWayne Sperry (Gwen) of Perry; daughters, Phyllis Hollen, and Louise Harris (Jon) both of Salt Lake City; 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 20 great-great grandchildren. Her husband Henry, daughter Katherine DuBose; granddaughter Cindy Harris and grandson Charles DuBose preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at 11am Aarons Mortuary, 1050 S State Street, Clearfield, Utah. A viewing will be held Monday evening from 6 to 8 pm and from 10 to 10:45 am prior to the service at the mortuary. Interment Lindquist's Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch. In lieu of flowers family suggest contributions to the Clearfield Community Church Building Fund or Shriners Hospital for Children Salt Lake.
